La Casita de Patty began with a dream rooted in family, compassion, and tradition. Founded by Patricia Trujillo and her family, our home was built with one simple mission: to care for seniors with the same love, respect, and dignity we give our own family.
After years of caring for loved ones and seeing the growing need for personalized senior care, we decided to open our hearts and our home to others. What started as a small idea became first a fully licenced Residential Care home and now also a loving boarding home where each resident is treated not just as a client, but as family.
With every meal prepared in our kitchen, every gentle hand offered, and every warm conversation shared, we carry on our commitment to serving seniors with kindness and cultural respect. Our home reflects our Mexican heritage, our values, and the deep joy we find in making a difference every day.

Frances Residential Care is a care home dedicated to assure high quality services to our residents. Our care home has been in business for over 40 years. We partnership with local agencies to provide in-home services and to meet individual needs.
we understand that navigating the application process for AHCCCS/ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to help.
We work closely with families to ensure they have the support and information they need to begin the process. From gathering documents to connecting you with trusted ALTCS planners and application assistance, we’ll walk with you every step of the way.
Best of all, once approved, residents can often continue receiving care at our home under ALTCS coverage. That means long-term peace of mind and no need to move to a new facility.
